FAQs
Does the price include set up and delivery?
Yes, although additional fees may apply for areas outside of Fremont, NE city limits. Prices do not include sales tax.
When do you set up?
The setup time depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally, we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. We will call before the event to confirm that someone will be at the unit drop-off location at the approximate delivery time.
How long is my rental for?
We can deliver as early as 10 a.m. and pick up as late as 8 p.m. When completing your reservation, you will pick your start and end times.
Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
Yes. An air blower keeps air in the unit the entire time. Once unplugged, it deflates. We require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker, so we bring our heavy-duty cords.
What about parks?
We love setting up at parks, but most parks do not have electricity or a water spigot. If you want to set up at a park, you must rent a generator unless access to electricity is guaranteed. Some units require water access, but others can be used wet or dry. Also, most parks are first come, first served, so get your spot early in the day. We can rent a generator for an additional cost. (Based on availability)
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, all orders require a $100 credit card deposit, which we credit to the total balance of your rental.
When is the remaining balance on my rental due?
Payment in full is due THREE DAYS before your event date. Please make the final payment to ensure your reservation is secure. You can make payment in person or over the phone at 402-721-1032 during regular business hours. Our team will call to remind you of the balance due.
Are we responsible for the unit if it gets torn or damaged in any way?
Yes and no. You are not responsible for everyday wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high-traffic areas over some time. If this happens, please alert us immediately so we can remedy the situation. We train our team to recognize damage due to failure to follow our safety regulations or negligence (i.e., not turning off the blower in high winds or allowing prohibited items on the unit). You will be responsible for these damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower, etc., which can cost thousands of dollars. Neither of us wants this to occur, so we have you read, sign, and initial our Safe Inflatable Operating Rules to prepare you to act as a trained operator.
What if I must cancel my order or postpone my event?
Click HERE for full details on our policy on canceling and postponing events.
What surfaces do you set up on?
We set up on grass (our favorite and safest for the kids), asphalt, and concrete. You will need to order a sandbag rig for asphalt and concrete setups. We cannot set up units on any type of rock, as the constant rubbing may wear through the vinyl material.
Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?
Can I order attendants to supervise the equipment?
YES! An attendant is a team member Ruff House FEC provides to help monitor inflatables or games at your event! The attendant operates the unit to ensure a safe and fun outcome! Attendants are not included in a typical rental, but you can add one at an additional cost.
How big are the inflatables?
The dimensions and space required are listed under each particular unit, as some are very big and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Our team needs to be able to stake the unit and have room for the blower. Units can´t rub against walls or trees, as they may damage them. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call us to discuss options for setup.
